I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000: The number of motorists caught driving while not wearing a seatbelt for the years 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 to date. a. b. c. Please can this be broken down by age, age and gender, and month of offence for each year. d. e. f. g. If time allows, please also provide the number of offences broken down by age and time of day, e.g. 12am - 1am, 1am, - 2am, etc. h. i. j. k. If you're unable to break down by hours of the day, please provide for day time / night time offences, e.g. 7pm - 7am, 7am - 7pm l. If any part of this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under section 12 of the Act, I would be grateful if you could contact me to discuss how it might be narrowed, rather than refusing it outright. I would prefer to receive the information as: spreadsheet/CSV where the information is structured data.
