Please could you provide the following details for the City of London Police jurisdiction: 1. The number of reported spiking incidents (both drink and injection spiking) between 1 January 2023 and the present date. 2. A monthly breakdown of those incidents. 3. If recorded, a breakdown by method of spiking (e.g., drink, needle, unknown). 4. Any internal policies, guidance, or training documents issued to officers regarding spiking—particularly in the night-time economy (e.g., clubs, pubs, bars). 5. If available, the number of arrests, charges, or investigations related to spiking over the same period.
