  1. Please can you provide me with the total number of offences recorded by police, broken down by month, since January 2024, of the following offences below. I'm specifically interested in those offences below relating to artificial intelligence usage, so I would like a breakdown to only include those offences which mention "AI", "artificial intelligence" or "deep fake" or "deepfake" in the crime MO notes - NB: if the force already has its own AI flag, please use that instead of the keyword search. For each month since and including January 2023, up to the latest month available, could I have the AI-related offences (as classified using the above search terms): 1. Under Section 66b The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (the offence of sharing or threatening to share an intimate photograph or film of, or appearing to be of, someone - colloquially known as 'revenge pornography' - see college of policing guidance here: https://www.college.police.uk/guidance/sharing-photographs-of-people-intimate-state) 2. Under Section 66 E-F The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (the offence of creating purported intimate image of adult or Requesting the creation of purported intimate image of adult - basically the creation of revenge pornography) 3. Under Section 1a Protection of Children Act 1978 (creating sexually explicit images / pseudo images of a child) 4. Under Section 1b Protection of Children Act 1978 (to distribute or show such indecent photographs) 5. Under Section 1c Protection of Children Act 1978 (to possess such indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs) I would be grateful if you could provide the information requested in a spreadsheet readable format (e.g. an attached xlsx or csv file), rather than a pdf file. For an example of the format of the response I am looking for please see the table below (I've put in dummy data): Offence Jan 2024 Feb 2024 Mar 2024 Apr 2024 May 2024 Jun 2024 Section 66b The Sexual Offences Act 2003 1 2 4 1 2 6 Section 66 E-F The Sexual Offences Act 2003 0 0 0 0 0 0 Section 1a Protection of Children Act 1978 12 5 6 8 24 35 Section 1b Protection of Children Act 1978 12 5 6 8 24 35 Section 1c Protection of Children Act 1978 12 5 6 8 24 35 If you could identify any way my request could be refined in order to fit within cost limits (or other exemptions if you think any apply) it would be great if you could let me know under section 16 of the act!

  10. I am writing under the Freedom of Information act to request data held on crimes investigated by your force which were flagged as Domestic Abuse (DA) related, their recorded outcome, and if a named suspect's occupation is 'police officer' or related role*, from 1 January 2021 to 30 April 2025. Specifically, I request the following information, broken down by month and outcome. Please break down outcomes by HOCR type i.e. Type 1 Charged/Summonsed, Type 2 Youth Caution, etc. If for whatever reason your systems do not allow the retrieval of this data for the whole period, or doing so would exceed cost limitations, please limit your response to a reasonable time frame by starting with a more recent month. If summarising totals by month is considered too detailed due to small numbers, please break down by year or just the overall total before considering suppressing figures. Please send the response in an Excel spreadsheet. N.b. this request refers to crime investigations, not professional standards/misconduct. * My understanding is that occupation recording is not standardised, therefore I request that you include job titles like 'police officer' / 'serving officer' / 'special constable' / specific job titles if listed i.e. 'police constable' or 'police sergeant' - but do not include civilian titles like 'police staff' or PCSO. I also understand that occupation may not always be recorded (see Q3). Q1) All recorded crime investigations flagged as DA, total broken down by month and outcome type, 2021 to end of April 2025. Grouped by date investigation was opened. Month Outcome type 1 Outcome Type 2 ...etc Ongoing/live Total Q2) Similarly, but for only those investigations where a named suspect has a recorded occupation of police officer* (see definition above), all recorded crime investigations flagged as DA, total broken down by month and outcome type, 2021 to end of April 2025. Grouped by date investigation was opened. Month Outcome type 1 Outcome Type 2 ...etc Ongoing/live Total Q3) If possible and not exceeding cost limitations please also indicate, of the total number of investigations in Q1, ... * The number which have at least one named suspect. * The proportion of linked suspects who have any occupation recorded.
